Ok, I found this recipe and it had a tag that said healthy. It looks waaaay too good to be healthy, but it gets posted here because it says so. (I have another blog, of recipes that can't play here.) I really can't wait to try this one. The only problem is that I don't think I can get chorizo in this small, middle of nowhere town. So I may have to wait until my next trip to the big city. Go
